What actually moves the price

Four things decide where your project lands in the ranges above. Slab grade — within a single stone family, rarer colors and more dramatic movement cost more than workhorse patterns. Edge profile — eased and beveled edges are included in most quotes; bullnose, ogee and mitred waterfall edges are upgrades. Layout complexity — islands, long unbroken runs and tight seam requirements use more of each slab. Cutouts — undermount sink and cooktop cutouts are standard in our pricing, which is exactly the line item that quietly inflates "cheap" per-foot quotes elsewhere.

Why our quote is the real number

A Stone Forever quote is produced in your home from a laser template, priced on the exact slab you approved, and delivered as a firm installed figure. Careful sourcing and in-house fabrication are why the starting prices undercut special-order programs — and the lifetime fabrication warranty is why the number doesn't need padding for callbacks. Every measure is free, whether it's a single vanity or a full kitchen.

Pricing questions

Raleigh countertop cost FAQs

How much does a full kitchen of countertops cost in Raleigh?

Most full Raleigh kitchens from Stone Forever land between $2,000 and $4,500 installed — template, fabrication, sink cutouts and installation included. Slab grade, edge complexity and layout drive where a project falls in that range.

What is the cheapest countertop material per square foot?

Granite — it starts at $35 per square foot installed at Stone Forever, with most granite projects running $35–$65/sq ft. Quartz starts at $45/sq ft.

How much does a bathroom vanity top cost in Raleigh?

A single marble vanity top with a polished sink cutout typically runs $800–$1,500 installed. Granite and quartz vanities are quoted the same way — free, in your home.

Why do countertop quotes vary so much between companies?

Watch what's included. Stone Forever quotes are firm installed prices covering template, fabrication, sink cutouts and installation — not a per-foot teaser that grows once cutouts, edges and tear-out get added later.

Does Stone Forever charge for estimates?

No. Every project starts with a free in-home laser measure and ends with a firm number, whether the project is a single vanity or a full kitchen with an island.
